नेपाल अखबार, वीरगञ्ज । कोरोना संक्रमितको संख्या बढ्दै गएपछि वीरगञ्जमा अनिश्चितकालिन निषेधाज्ञा जारी गरिएको छ । भोलि शनिबारदेखि अर्को आदेश नभएसम्मका लागि जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयले निषेधाज्ञा जारी गरेको हो ।
संक्रमितको संख्या बढ्दै गएपछि वीरगञ्जमा निषेधाज्ञाको माग चौतर्फी रुपमा आइरहेको थियो । प्रशासनले शुक्रबार राजनीतिक दलसँग छलफल गरेपछि निषेधाज्ञा लगाउने निर्णयमा पुगेको हो ।
वीरगञ्ज महानगरपालिका क्षेत्रमा अत्यावश्यक स्वास्थ्य उपचार बाहेक अन्य काममा सर्वसाधरणलाई घर बाहिर निस्कन प्रतिवबन्ध लगाउने निर्णय भएको सहायक प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी ललितकुमार बस्नेतले जानकारी दिए ।
निषेधाज्ञा लगाइएको समयमा मास टेस्टिङको काम पनि अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएको छ । सहायक प्रजिअ बस्नेतका अनुसार सुरुमा संक्रमितको सम्पर्कमा आएकाहरुको कन्ट्याक्ट ट्रेसिङ गरिनेछ । उनीहरुको पीसीआर परीक्षणपछि जोखिमपूर्ण स्थानमा चेकजाँच गर्ने निर्णय भएको छ ।
पीसीआर परीक्षण बढेपछि संक्रमितको संख्या बढ्दै जान सक्ने हुनाले क्वारेन्टिन, आइसोलेनसमा सबैलाई राखेर सम्भव नहुने निष्कर्ष बैठकले निकालेको छ । कन्ट्याक्ट ट्रेसिङमा परेका मानिसहरुको घरमा होम क्वारेन्टिन सम्बन्धी मापदण्ड पुग्छ भने घरमै बस्न दिने निर्णय समेत बैठकले गरेको छ । तर त्यसका लागि स्थानीय सुरक्षाकर्मी, स्वास्थ्यकर्मी र जनप्रतिनिधिको प्रत्यक्ष निगरानीमा रहनुपर्ने शर्त राखिएको छ ।
‘संक्रमित भेटिएको ठाउँमा सिल गर्ने, होम आइसोलेसनमा राख्ने । उद्योग प्रतिष्ठानलाई सिल गर्ने उनीहरुलाई त्यहीँ आइसोलेटेड गर्ने,’ उनले भने, ‘त्यसको निगरानी सुरक्षाकर्मी, स्वास्थ्यकर्मी, स्थानीय तह र जनप्रतिनिधिले गर्ने भन्ने निर्णय भएको छ ।’
मास टेस्टिङका क्रममा फेला परेका लक्षण नभएका संक्रमितलाई होम आइसोलेसनमा राख्ने, लक्षण देखिएकोलाई मात्रै अस्थायी कोभिड अस्पतालमा लैजाने र आईसीयू र भेन्टिलेटरको थप व्यवस्था गर्ने निर्णय पनि बैठकले गरेको बस्नेतले बताए ।
